Minerva Mondejar Steiner
Chair
Minerva Mondejar Steiner represents the new generation of the Mondejar enterprise, stewarding a legacy that spans education, publishing, culture, and technological innovation.
The origins of the enterprise trace back more than a century to the family’s association with estates and land stewardship, a heritage reflected today in Mondejar Estates in the Philippines and abroad.
In 1945, Mondejar Printing Press was established by Ret. Col. Manuel P. Mondejar, contributing to the publication of public knowledge materials and congressional records in the post-war period. This foundation in publishing and public discourse later expanded into education with the establishment of JE Mondejar Computer College in 1990.
Building upon this legacy, Minerva has developed an international ecosystem that now spans cultural initiatives, education, emerging technologies, publishing, strategic assets, and philanthropy. Her work focuses on creating platforms that connect cultural heritage with forward‑looking fields such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and other frontier technologies.
Based in Zurich, she leads initiatives that operate across Europe, Asia, the United States and Australia, cultivating cross‑border collaboration between institutions, cultural organisations, researchers, and entrepreneurs. Through these initiatives, the Mondejar ecosystem seeks to foster knowledge exchange, responsible innovation, and long‑term value creation.
Her leadership reflects a long-term vision rooted in stewardship, international dialogue, and the belief that knowledge, culture, innovation, sustainability, and philanthropy must work together in building enduring institutions.
